  • We improve existing services: we build Personas and chart Customer Journey and Customer Experience Maps; we integrate all the elements that a user encounters when using a given service; we simplify processes.

  • We design new solutions: we propose innovative processes, products, and services based on real users’ needs and defined through appropriate research.

  • We create potential scenarios: we look ahead to new trends to set standards and create unique customer experiences.

Service Design always requires design research (Design Research). We conduct all activities together with the design teams and share our knowledge.
