We focus the team on the user: through Service Design workshops, using the Design Thinking method and conducting Design Research, we change the perspective of the teams and direct attention to the needs of users.
We teach creative techniques: we do not duplicate schemes, we use various tools and we pass on the approach; we encourage the use of visual elements (Visual Thinking) in the design process.
We conduct mentoring: we conduct advanced level training; we help improve skills; we conduct individual sessions providing help in the initial months of independent work as a Service Designer or Design Researcher.
