WORKSHOPS AND MENTORING.

We conduct training and dedicated educational projects for companies that want to become user-centered organizations.

  • We focus the team on the user: through Service Design workshops, using the Design Thinking method and conducting Design Research, we change the perspective of the teams and direct attention to the needs of users.

  • We teach creative techniques: we do not duplicate schemes, we use various tools and we pass on the approach; we encourage the use of visual elements (Visual Thinking) in the design process.

  • We conduct mentoring: we conduct advanced level training; we help improve skills; we conduct individual sessions providing help in the initial months of independent work as a Service Designer or Design Researcher.
